Daily Schedule:
3:30 : All students will meet in the ms commons where we will have snacks and announcements.
3:50 Homework Club: This club will focus on academic support. Students will receive tutoring from certified teachers and mentors, as well as organization and goal setting support. Program staff will serve as an additional advocate for your student and make contact with parents and teachers as needed.
3:50 Interest based clubs: Clubs and classes are offered based on student interest, community partnerships, teachers and volunteers who want to share their talents. These clubs will vary in cost and number of days or weeks offered. Class times vary so please be sure to take note of the ending time and arrive promptly to pick up your student.
Afterschool staff will meet students, feed them a snack and get them to the classroom where the activity will be held.
5:30 : Pick–up or Bus home. Bussing is only available to Homework Club students on Tuesday and Thursday that end at 5:30. Students scheduled to be bussed home will leave the school at 5:30. If you are picking up your student, please arrive no later than 5:30. If your student walks home they will be released at 5:30, unless other arrangements are made with a note from a parent. Advance notification from a parent or guardian must be given to the afterschool staff if a student’s schedule, transportation, or pick up information changes.
Enrollment & Attendance:
Homework Club is open to students in grades 5-8
Interest based classes are open to 3rd through 8th grade and will be noted on each individual class.

All enrollment forms and fees must be submitted prior to acceptance into the program. Parents/guardians must identify the clubs andtheir child would like to attend. If students will not be attending for any reason, parents should contact the program director or the school office to let us know. Communication with parents and the safety of the students is important to us, and the transitions from school to program and afterschool program to home work best when the student, staff, and parents are informed of plans.

Clubs offered are contingent upon minimum enrollment requirements. Parents will be notified if class is cancelled for this reason.
Fees:
Program fees are in place to support the sustainability of the afterschool program. All program fees are due in advance, on the first of each month, prior to a student attending the program.

Interest based club fees: fees vary depending on the length of the course and supplies needed. See courses for more details.
